Intellian Technologies and Marlink renewed their strategic partnership for five more years, the companies announced Tuesday. Intellian will continue to supply Marlink end users with hybrid connectivity terminals.

The partnership will include joint product development for hybrid connectivity across Geostationary Orbit (GEO), Medium-Earth Orbit (MEO), and Low-Earth Orbit (LEO) networks. Marlink has access to capacity across all three orbits, with deals with SES for O3b mPOWER, Starlink, and OneWeb

The two companies have worked together since 2010. Marlink is a satellite service provider that offers managed solutions primarily in the maritime market. Intellian has a maritime and land portfolio of satellite terminals including multi-orbit, multi-band systems.

“Over the last 12 years, our companies have worked closely together to achieve remarkable success and innovation. Intellian and Marlink are ready to tackle new and exciting opportunities presented by emerging technologies, combining our expertise and resources to deliver innovative solutions that will shape the future of maritime, land and government connectivity,” commented Intellian CEO Eric Sung.
