SatADSL, a provider of satellite Very Small Aperture Tunnel (VSAT) services, signed an agreement with CETel, a provider of global satellite, fiber, and wireless-enabled communications solutions, to deliver an expanded range of Ku- and C-band services across Africa and the Middle East.

SatADSL will provide CETel with its Cloud-based Service Delivery Platform (C-SDP), a complete OSS/BSS platform, to deliver Virtual Network Operator (VNO) services in Africa and the Middle East across the corporate, enterprise, energy, mining, construction, telco, ISP, marine, government, and NGO industries.

CETel Managing Director Guideo Neumann said in the announcement that Africa’s demand for VNO services has been growing and that the partnership will “keep costs low and service quality high.”
