[Satellite TODAY 06-25-12] Japanese commercial airline ANA will rollout OnAir Wi-Fi service on its international routes starting in summer 2013, OnAir confirmed June 22.

ANA will initially launch the service on its ANA B777-300ER and B767-300ER fleets serving international routes. OnAir provides global coverage with a combination of more than 80 regulatory authorizations and its use of MSS operator Inmarsat’s I4 SBB network.
“ANA is a world-class airline, recognized for the high-quality of its service. ANA’s decision to choose OnAir’s SBB-based Wi-Fi product demonstrates that the combination of OnAir and SBB is the best solution for passenger connectivity and cements OnAir’s position as the benchmark for global in-flight connectivity solutions,” OnAir CEO Ian Dawkins said in a statement
