Via Satellite Recognizes 2015 Excellence Awards Winners

      [Via Satellite 03-16-2016] On March 10, Via Satellite announced the recipients of the 2015 Excellence Awards. The awards recognize companies and individuals that have helped shape the success of the global satellite industry.

      The 2015 Excellence Awards corporate winners are NewCom International for Humanitarian Company of the Year; iDirect for Integrated Marketing Campaign of the Year; O3b Networks for Operator of the Year; Arabsat for Social Media Campaign of the Year; Advantech Wireless for Vertical Impact; and VeriSat for the coveted Technology Company of the Year award.

      Individual awards went to Richard Hadsall of EMC for Lifetime Achievement, Simone Paulotto of Maxtena for Rising Engineer, and Peggy Rowe of DataPath for Woman in Technology.

      LMI Advisors sponsored this year’s Excellence Awards Breakfast, which took place during the SATELLITE 2016 Conference and Exhibition.
