NovaWurks Appoints Bill Crandall to Role as Chief of Advanced Projects

      [Via Satellite 02-10-2016] NovaWurks, a provider of high technology space products and services, has named Bill Crandall as the company’s new chief of advanced projects. Previously a senior program manager at NovaWurks, Crandall will manage the company’s growing commercial division for space-based services and technologies. He will be responsible for business development and project management.

      Prior to this appointment, Crandall led the hardware design team at NovaWurks. He has been very involved in the development of the company’s Hyper-Integrated Satlet (HISat) technology, which is scheduled to launch this year. Before joining NovaWurks, he managed spacecraft program implementation from early design stages to real-time launch and on-orbit operations at ground stations for Boeing. Crandall has more than 25 years of experience working in all aspects of aerospace-related hardware design, building and product testing,
