The conference will be held in Annapolis, Md., May 13-16, 1997. Topics include defense, enhanced 911 emergency management, forestry, oil and gas, transporta tion and vehicle tracking, GIS mapping, telecommunications, utilities, environmental monitoring, disaster preparation and others.
