ISECUREtrac Secures $5 Million In Private Placement

ISECUREtrac [ISRE], an Omaha, Neb.-based provider of GPS tracking services, has received private placement funding of $5 million from an undisclosed investment group.
Proceeds from the placement will be used for working capital and other general corporate purposes. ISECUREtrac, a provider of advanced Global Positioning System (GPS) services for mobile tracking of people – including those on probation or parole — also announced plans to end its common stock financing agreement with Fusion Capital Fund II LLC, a Chicago-based institutional investor.
