ABS Orders Newtec Dialog Hub

[Via Satellite 06-02-2015] Asia Broadcast Satellite (ABS) has purchased a Newtec 4IF Dialog hub for one of its regional teleport facilities in Asia to launch next generation Very Small Aperture Terminal (VSAT) and data services. The first installation is scheduled for completion in July 2015.
The Newtec Dialog multiservice platform also features the company’s newly patented return link technology called Mx-DMA, or Cross-Dimensional Multiple Access. Combined with Newtec’s HighResCoding (HRC), the platform incorporates features from Multi-Frequency, Time Division Multiple Access (MF-TDMA) and Single Channel Per Carrier (SCPC) technologies, and can also run in either format separately.
