[Satellite TODAY 05-04-11] Integral Systems Service Solutions (IS3) has entered into a long-term, strategic partnership with New Delhi, India-based Noida Software Technology Park Ltd. (NSTPL) to activate an additional satellite interference monitoring, detection and geolocation site in India and to provide exclusive distribution of IS3 services in India and the Indian Sub-continent Region, the companies announced May 3.
The five-year services partnership will see NSTPL host a dual 7.3-meter antenna system, which will include Integral Systems’ Monics RF interference monitoring, detection and analysis solution provided by its SAT Corp. subsidiary. The system also will include Integral’s satID geolocation system from RT Logic, also a wholly-owned subsidiary of Integral Systems.
Under the terms of a separate five-year services distribution agreement, NSTPL also will become IS3’s exclusive value-added reseller of all services in India and the Indian Sub-continent region.
“The new hosting and distribution agreements with IS3 will allow NSTPL to play a major role in the expansion of IS3s state of the art global RF monitoring, detection and geolocation capabilities and allow NSTPL the opportunity to be the exclusive sales partner for satcom Net Ops services, network and technology integration services and integrated network operations in India,” NSTPL Managing Director Ankur Jain said in a statement.
