C2Sat Launches New Antenna

[Satellite Today – 2-22-08] C2Sat has unveiled a new mini VSAT antenna, the company said Feb. 22.
The Ku-band system, based on the company’s 2.4-meter antenna, has been optimized for reflector sizes of up to 1.2 meters and weighs less than 100 kilograms. C2Sat also has developed a 0.9-meter S-band antenna.
“Market demands and inquires from military and governmental customers enabled C2Sat to develop and modify a wider product portfolio with short lead time,” Fredrik Hanell, the company’s CEO, said in a statement.
