Assurance Technology Corporation received a contract from NASA, in coordination with the U.S. National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), to provide an instrument for the Geostationary Operational Environmental Satellite program, a $101.7 million contract.

Under the $101.7 million contract, Assurance will supply the Space Environment In-Situ Suite (SEISS)instruments that provide data for monitoring space environments on the GOES- R spacecraft. The instrument will provide real-time monitoring, forecasting and warnings of solar and geophysical events and disturbances.
