NASA awarded four companies a 90-day study contact to examine long-term ground processing and infrastructure planning for the agency’s Constellation Program, NASA announced July 26.

Under the $150,000 contracts, ATK Launch Systems Group, Boeing Space Operations Co., Lockheed Martin Space Systems Co. and United Space Alliance will study how to support ground systems and operations planning through 2030, including supporting the International Space Station and NASA’s lunar exploration and Mars exploration missions.

The work is expected to be completed by October.
