Convergys Corp. announced July 20 it would provide a set of product offerings, consulting and professional services for Arena‘s new German satellite Pay-TV service. The company will operate a satellite pay-TV billing and customer care service that is scheduled to be launched in August. Arena is expected to have 3 million subscribers within three years.
