Iridium Satellite named International Communications Group (ICG) a value-added reseller, allowing the company to market and sell certain Iridium products and services, ICG announced July 18. ICG has been a valued-added manufacturer of Iridium since 2002, and the new agreement will allow ICG to sell Iridium circuit-switched and short- burst data products and services.

Separately, Roadpost Inc. introduced an emergency communications kit that includes an Iridium satellite phone, Roadpost announced July 18.

The Go and Grab Emergency kit includes the Iridium handset, batteries, solar charger and laminated instruction card, kept in a waterproof, neon-colored pelican carry case.
