Telus and XM Canada unveiled a streaming satellite radio service delivered via mobile phones, the companies announced.

The Telus Mobile Radio-powered by XM Canada service delivers a portion of XM Canada content to users through Telus’ Wireless High Speed and 1X networks. Initially, the service will provide 20 stations to users of the LG 8100 and Samsung A950 phones. The service also provides MP3 downloads.

The service will be priced at $15 per month, along with the price of a voice plan, and the companies are offering a free two-month trial.
