Mobile Satellite Ventures (MSV) names Mike Yglesias vice president of RF engineering, the company announced. He will be in charge of the overall design segment of the MSV terrestrial radio frequency network. Prior to working for MSV, Yglesias was the director of RF engineering for Cingular Wireless.
