Outerlink, a subsidiary of Digital Angel Corp., won contract from the South Carolina Army National Guard to deliver its satellite based Automatic Flight Following System (AFFS). Under the $3.2 million contract, Outerlink will integrate the system into the existing National Guard equipment, test and operate the AFFS as well as provide logistical support.
