Agere Systems announced June 1 it would supply components for Sirius Satellite Radio.

Agere will provide radio manufacturers with its system-on-a-chip, which will be incorporated into satellite radio receivers used in automatic, home, portable and navigation applications.

Details of the agreement were not released.
