Integral Systems Inc. announced May 10 that it received a $21.5 million contract modification from the U.S. Air Force to the Command and Control System- Consolidated (CCS-C) effort. The modification, consolidates all CCS-C effort for the Advanced Extremely High Frequency (AEHF) program, and is designed as a cost-saving measure and to accommodate the current launch schedule for the three satellites in the program.
The CCS-C program provides an upgraded capability to command and control the Air Force’s communication satellites, including the Defense Satellite Communication System, Milstar, AEHF, and Wideband Gapfiller Satellites.
