Telenor Satellite Services and Addvalue Technologies Ltd. unveiled their first offering under a previously announced strategic partnership.

The companies will bundle Addvalue’s Sabre 1 Broadband Global Area Network (BGAN) terminal with Telenor airtime. The deal falls under a February agreement between the two companies to provide satellite communications services for the terrestrial, maritime and aeronautical markets.

“Telenor is confident that this agreement will stimulate interest and lead to market growth of our BGAN services throughout Asia and globally,” Morten Tengs, CEO of Telenor, said in a statement.
