EMS Technologies Inc. Defense & Space Systems Division announced April 3 the addition of new staff to oversee the development of technology solutions for U.S. government laboratories and airborne and terrestrial solutions.

Theresa Brunasso will be responsible for government research and development technology marketing; Bayne Bunce was named head for airborne and terrestrial solutions; and Jim Daly was be in charge of airborne and terrestrial solutions for sensors and smart weapons activities

EMS is seeking to expand its business in the defense electronics market, focusing on the growing demand for secure, mobile satellite communications, high-bandwidth line-of- sight datalinks, and cost-effective sensors and smart weapons.
