Euronews, announced March 29 that it is now available on the 3G offer of TMN mobile operator in Portugal. The TMN 3G mobile phone users have access to Euronews live and in Portuguese, 24 hours a day. TMN is a subsidiary of Portugal Telecom Group and a leading mobile telecommunications provider in Portugal, with more than 5 million customers.

With this new agreement, Euronews now broadcasts on all three 3G networks of Portugal. “Euronews has been a great success in Portugal, and I am pleased to announce that this country is the first where Euronews has concluded an agreement with all the 3G mobile operators,” Philippe Cayla, Chairman and CEO of Euronews, said in a statement.

Euronews is available though 10 3G operators in six countries in Europe.
