MDU Communications International Inc. said it signed a 10-year franchise agreement with the National Training Center at Fort Irwin, CA, to provide DirecTV satellite television programming and other private cable video services to approximately 1,800 of the 4,000 military residential family quarter units and individual rooms at Fort Irwin. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
