According to a Feb. 24 report on http://www.channelnewsasia.com, Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency delayed until Saturday the launch of its H-2A rocket. The launcher was scheduled to deliver a dual-purpose weather monitoring/aircraft navigation assisting satellite into orbit today, but bad weather pushed the launch back. It will be the first launch of an H-2A rocket since a failed launch occurred in November 2003.
