Paradigm Secure Communications said it established the first satellite link in the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Satcom Post 2000 program. The link between one of NATO’s ground stations in Europe and its front line operational forces was provided by the United Kingdom’s Skynet 4 satellite constellation, which Paradigm owns and operates. The link marks the start of a migration of NATO’s satellite communications from its existing spacecraft to those of the United Kingdom, France and Italy.
