Encore Networks said that C-Com Satellite Systems selected Encore’s complete line of VSR security appliances for both fixed and mobile global satellite VPN network solutions. The Encore VSR suite of broadband VPN security products are powered by the Elios operating system, optimized to work over satellite and hybrid networks.

“We see key functionality and versatility in Encore’s VPN products that directly address our customers’ requirements for immediate and secure access to the Internet while on the move,” Leslie Klein, president of C-Com said in a prepared statement.
