Loral Skynet said it renewed an agreement with Singapore Telecommunications Ltd. (SingTel) to distribute video, data, telecommunications and VSAT services on Loral’s Telstar 10 satellite. Additionally, SingTel also agreed to lease a full C-band transponder on the Telstar 18 satellite.

Both are Space Systems/Loral-built 1300 satellites. The combined coverage of the two spacecraft covers Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Asia, the Indian sub-continent, Australia and Hawaii. Telstar 10 is located at 76.5 degrees East and Telstar 18 is located at 138 degrees East. Financial terms were not disclosed.
