DirecTV Inc. today said it is adding Fox HD (high definition) programming in 26 markets. The Fox HD programming from WNYW in New York and KTTV in Los Angeles will be available to eligible DirecTV subscribers in markets where Fox owns and operates stations, including New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Philadelphia, Boston and others. DirecTV said Fox will televise National Football Games and the Super Bowl on Feb 6., 2005, in HD format.
