Humax Unveils New Range Of IDTVs

Humax, a key consumer-electronics manufacturer, is launching a new range of Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) Integrated Digital Televisions (IDTVs) in the U.K. The LB26-T will be the first of the new displays to hit the shops, and other new displays will be available from 2005 onward. Some will have integrated Personal Video Recorder (PVR) functionality.

Humax’s latest range of IDTVs is further evidence of competition in the low-to-medium end of the digital TV market in the U.K. Dale Heathcote, U.K. commercial director for Humax, said, “Our new LCD IDTV range underlines our commitment to meeting our customers needs with quality home cinema products that look good and don’t cost the earth.”
