ND SatCom, a supplier of satellite-based broadband VSAT, broadcast and military communication network solutions, won a key deal in Eastern Europe that has it building a satellite-based communications network for the national electric power company in Kazakhstan. The VSAT network will be financed by a loan from the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), and it should be up and running by the end of the year.
