VOOM Wins CNET Editors’ Choice Award

VOOM, a comprehensive high-definition (HD) satellite service operated by Jericho, N.Y.-based Rainbow DBS, announced today that it received a CNET Editors’ Choice award that recognizes “outstanding” personal technology and consumer electronic products, said Bo Park, the satellite TV company’s director of communications.
CNET’s Editors’ Choice seal has become the hallmark of exemplary product design, performance, quality and value, Park said. Consumers often seek out CNET advice before making purchase decisions, she added.
