BSkyB Adds Non-Exec Board Members

U.K. satellite pay-TV operator BSkyB made two key changes at its board level. It appointed Nicholas Ferguson as an independent, non-executive director of the company, effective June 15, and Andy Higginson agreed to join the board as a non-executive director, starting Sept. 1. Ferguson is CEO of SVG Capital, a private-equity company, while Higginson is finance and strategy director of Tesco PLC.
