EchoStar Communications Corp. [DISH] executives said the company’s Dish Network direct-to- home satellite service would begin offering local television channels to subscribers in Green Bay, Wis., and in Lincoln, Hastings and Kearney, Neb. It also will offer PAX Channel 35 to subscribers in Miami and PAX Channel 67 to West Palm Beach, Fla., subscribers. The PAX channels will carry 55 Florida Marlins games during the 2004 Major League Baseball season.
