Prices Revealed For Connexion by Boeing Service

Officials from Connexion by Boeing, a fledgling in-flight broadband business unit of the Boeing Co. [BA], today said the company’s high-speed, airborne Internet service, scheduled to become available this spring, will carry both flat-rate and metered-pricing options.
Users will pay $29.95 for long-haul flights of more than six hours; $19.95 for medium-haul flights lasting between three and six hours; and $14.95 for flights of fewer than three hours. The metered option would have customers pay $9.95 for the first 30 minutes of use and 25 cents per minute thereafter.
