Flash Automotive Acceptance [FAAC], a Scottsdale, Ariz.-based automotive holding company, has acquired another Scottsdale company, Navicom, a GPS tracking device company. Navicom GPS devices are can be used for any vehicle fleet in need of tracking and locating. One example would be transportation fleet companies. Financial terms were not disclosed.
