The Russian Satellite Communications Co. (RSCC) has named Yuri Izmailov to replace Alexander Duka, who was dismissed as director general and CEO of the company by the order of the Russian Ministry for Communications and Information. Since August of this year, Izmailov has held a position of the RSCC deputy director general. No reason was given for Duka’s dismissal.
