InterWave Communications [Nasdaq: IWAV], a Mountain View, Calif.-based compact wireless communication provider, has received a $2.2 million order from Nigerian telecom provider Commercial Facilitators Limited (CFL), to deploy a satellite and wireless communications system.

InterWave will provide two of its Cell-on-Wheels systems – a rapid deployment trailer-based mobile-based cell sites that use a VSAT to rely communications by satellite back to the main network.
