SkyFrames [OTC: SKYUE], a Costa Mesa, Calif.-based satellite broadband Internet service provider, and Motorola [NYSE: MOT] have teamed to provide voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) service via satellite. The joint broadband project will help provide high-speed internet connectivity for troops in Iraq to contact their families for the holidays. The two companies will provide 45 VoIP lines, wireless connectivity to 60 laptops, and satellite communications for units based in forward locations.
