Telenor Satellite Services is offering up to $3,000 of airtime to maritime customers who upgrade their satellite communications from the aging Inmarsat A analog service to the Fleet F77 digital voice and data technology.

Telenor’s Fleet F77 service via Inmarsat delivers voice, data and fax communications at up to 64 Kbps, including mobile ISDN and mobile packet data service. Fleet’s ISDN service supports broadcast quality audio and video enabling video conferencing, e-commerce, high volume data transfer, distance learning, and remote performance monitoring.

The airtime offer applies to customers who upgrade to Telenor Fleet F77 from Inmarsat A service between by March 31 next year.
