SoundWorks International [OTC: SODW] has acquired White Springs Media, a company formed to own and operate an earth station satellite up-link facility in White Springs, Fla.

SoundWorks (Saskatoon, Saskatchewan) intends to complete a video, audio and data build-out of the earth station facility in phase one of its operations. In phase two, the company intends to acquire a representative group of radio stations and in phase three to acquire a representative group of television stations.

The company intends to raise a total of $1.5 million within 90 days after acquisition to complete its video, audio and data build-out of the earth station facility.
