Canadian satellite TV providers have seen anemic growth in recent quarters, according to Ottawa-based Decima Publishing Inc. Canada’s number of digital TV subscribers increased by 4 percent to more than 3.2 million in the third quarter of 2002, according to the report, “The Digital Domain: Tracking the Growth and Development of the Canadian Digital TV Market.” However, digital TV growth slipped during the May/June-August/September period to the previous three-month period.
