Xicom Technology is in production of 120W, 140W and 180W Q-Band (43.5-45.5 GHz) TWT power amplifiers and 250W V-Band (47.2-51.4 GHz) TWT power amplifiers. Compact, efficient power-combining and redundancy systems are available and can be customized to your specifications. Comtech Xicom Technology has transformed our GaN SSPA offerings with new technology and enhanced designs to achieve significantly higher power levels in very compact packages.
