At Aircraft Interiors (AIX) in Hamburg, Via Satellite Senior Editorial Director Mark Holmes sits down with Air India Chief Digital and Technology Officer Satya Ramaswamy to talk about the airline’s in-flight connectivity (IFC) roadmap and how it is looking to develop its service offerings going forward.

Air India, one of Asia’s largest airlines, announced a new partnership with Hughes Network Systems during AIX. Air India selected the Hughes in-flight connectivity (IFC) solution across its mixed widebody fleet. In this interview, Ramaswamy talks about this deal and what comes next for Air India.
