Duncan Aviation, one of the world’s largest privately-owned business jet service providers signed a deal with Gogo to acquire 40 Gogo Galileo HDX systems, marking Gogo’s largest single MRO (maintenance, repair, and overhaul) order this year. The two companies announced the deal, Oct. 13.

Powered by the Eutelsat OneWeb’s enterprise-grade Low-Earth Orbit network, Gogo Galileo aims to offer passengers and crew high-performance and reliable connectivity around the world. The HDX electronically steered antenna (ESA) aims to provide a compact, lightweight, low power and high-performance solution that can be installed on light jets and turboprops, as well as larger-cabin aircraft.

Gogo said it has prioritized a reliable supply chain so that Galileo is readily available for customers planning installations. The company includes cybersecurity and data privacy protections, flexible financing, predictable service pricing and always-on multilingual support for customers.

“Duncan Aviation knows what owners and operators need from their connectivity, and we’re pleased to support its team as it brings the high-performance Gogo Galileo to more aircraft. Our role is to offer reliable performance and remain available to customers throughout the life of the system, with experienced aviation teams, predictable service pricing and round-the-clock support,” Michael Skou Christensen, Gogo chief revenue officer said in a statement.
