Shroyer left ATK to accept a new position as CFO of New Jersey-based technology company, Capsugel. ATK said it would retain an executive search firm to review both internal and external candidates for the permanent CFO position.

   Sexton previously served as ATK’s vice president and controller. He is a 25-year veteran of the company’s corporate and finance operations.
