[Satellite TODAY 04-07-10] RigNet elected Dirk McDermott to its board of directors, the company announced April 6.
McDermott represents Altira Group, a Denver-based venture capital firm with a focus on energy investing.
In addition to RigNet, McDermott currently serves on the boards of directors of Altira Portfolio Companies, Hyperion Power, MicroSeismic and Novinda and is a past director of the Research Partnership for Secure Energy America.
