[Satellite TODAY 10-16-09] Lockheed Martin’s board named Christopher Kubasik president and COO effective Jan. 1, the company announced Oct. 15.
Bob Stevens will retain his position as the company’s chairman and CEO and relinquish his responsibilities as president to Kubasik.
Lockheed Martin’s four business area executive vice presidents, the senior vice president of operations and program management, and the CIO and vice president of enterprise business services will report to Kubasik, who currently serves as executive vice president of Lockheed Martin’s electronic systems business area.
