[Satellite Today 03-06-09] Space Exploration Technologies Corp. (SpaceX ) has named former Sea Launch President and General Manager, Rob Peckham as its new vice president of business development, SpaceX announced Mar. 4.
Peckham is responsible for the development and expansion of SpaceX’s customer base across its family of launch vehicles and Dragon spacecraft, as well as leading the sales, marketing and mission management teams. He will report to SpaxeX President Gwynne Shotwell.
In addition to Sea Launch, Peckham previously served at Hughes Space and Communications and McDonnell Douglas.
