[Satellite Today 12-16-08] Objectivity Inc. filed a lawsuit against Iridium Satellite in the U.S. District Court in Arizona seeking unspecified damages arising from an alleged copyright infringement of Objectivity/DB, Objectivity announced Dec. 16.
    Objectivity/DB is the flagship product of Objectivity Inc., a provider of distributed, real-time, service oriented architecture-enabled database management solutions. The product is used by government, security, complex manufacturing, commercial services, science and engineering organizations to increase speed, precision and productivity.
    Both Objectivity Inc. and Iridium declined to comment on the lawsuit.
