Eutelsat shareholders approved a plan to restructure its corporate governance by replacing a 15-member supervisory board/four-member management board with a single 10-member board of directors. Giuliano Berretta was elected chairman and unanimously by the newly created board. Eutelsat said the change puts the company more in line with the organizational structures of other companies, and it will increase day-to-day efficiencies.
